This isn’t in your average tater tot casserole and I really think it makes a big difference. Break apart and cook until the pink no longer shows (about 10 minutes). Add the ground beef, 1 ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper to a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sour cream – This also helps with the creaminess and adds a little flavor and tang. Preheat the oven to 375° and have ready a greased 9x13' casserole dish. In my opinion, it’s best to use the name brand. It’s optional, but it really adds a lot of flavor to it.Ĭream of mushroom soup – This is a good part of what makes this casserole creamy. Worcestershire sauce – This just gives it a little extra zing.
